webpack新版本不支持，建议在目录下加个webpack.config.js文件
const path = require('path');module.exports = {  entry: './hello.js',  mode: 'development',  output: {    filename: 'hello.bundle.js',    path: path.resolve(__dirname)  },};

然后运行 webpack就可以了
