1.脚手架:vue-cli
安装:npm install vue-cli -g
查看: vue --version
2.创建项目环境
2-1.创建项目名称
vue init webpack-simple helloVue
2-2.cd helloVue - 进入项目
2-3.npm install - 安装相关配置
在安装的时候，如果出现一些error，比如：”Unexpected end of JSON input while parsing near”，可以试着执行npm cache clean --force，清除一些缓存，很多时候都是缓存造成的问题。
2-4.npm run dev - 运行该项目啦!
会自动打开浏览器出现这样的界面！(自带监听功能！！！！)
