由于缺少js文件，Jupyter无法加载

我通过 pip 安装了 jupyter

pip install jupyter

我可以开始

jupyter notebook

但是（chrome 和 iexplore）抛出一个 MIME 错误

该AppData/Roaming/jupyter/runtime文件夹仅包含一些 json 和 html 文件，仅此而已。

我也试过

pip uninstall jupyter
pip install jupyter

PS：我目前使用

Python 3.7.2 pip 19.0.3 jupyter 4.4.0

所以显然这个问题是已知的。对于登陆这里而不是github的每个人，这里是解决方案https://github.com/jupyter/notebook/issues/4467问题出在notebook包中，而不是 jupyter。
