好的，@not_a_golfer 的评论帮助我解决了这个问题——GOROOT 需要是 brew 安装 Go 的地方。在我的情况下export GOROOT=/usr/local/Cellar/go/1.4.1/libexec解决了它。

GOROOT="/Users/mc/go/packages" 是不正确的。你不应该设置你的GOROOT. 查看Dave Cheney 的这篇博文。
