我遇到了同样的问题，结果发现端口不是标准的。从 SQL 服务器试试这个USE masterGOxp_readerrorlog 0, 1, N'Server is listening on', 'any', NULL, NULL, N'asc' GO

尝试DB_CONNECTION从127.0.0.1到localhost。显然，127.0.0.1与 Laravel一起使用存在一些问题。
