安装net core后加载hostfxr.dll失败

Question

任何人都有这个问题，我更换了 PC 并尝试安装 net core 框架，但是当我尝试编写 dontet --info 时，vs 代码返回此信息

Files\dotnet\host\fxr\2.1.0\hostfxr.dll], HRESULT: 0x80070057

The library hostfxr.dll was found, but loading it from C:\Program 

Files\dotnet\host\fxr\2.1.0\hostfxr.dll failed

- Installing .NET Core prerequisites might help resolve this problem.
