Eclipse Thym 似乎与 Eclipse Photon 不兼容。错误的关键部分是requires 'osgi.bundle; org.eclipse.jgit [3.0.0,5.0.0)'它说 org.eclipse.jgit 插件是必需的，并且必须具有至少 3.0.0 且低于5.0.0 的版本。这个插件在 Eclipse Photon 中的版本是 5.0.0，所以不兼容。所以看起来你必须使用旧版本的 Eclipse 来运行它。
