ISO C99标准规定，只有在明确要求时才必须定义这些宏。#define __STDC_FORMAT_MACROS#include <inttypes.h>... now PRIu64 will work

在Centos 5.xi下编译memcached时遇到了同样的问题。解决方案是至少将gcc和g ++升级到版本4.4。编译之前，请确保将CC / CXX设置（导出）为正确的二进制文件。
