全局composer安装Laravel5碰到的问题

根据官方文档执行以下安装命令

发现~/.composer/vendor/bin目录下没有生成laravel
也就无法执行laravelnewblog之类的命令了
请问有人碰到过么，如何解决？

环境变量我设置过的，我试了好几次，的确不会执行laravel执行文件因为生成在~/.composer/vendor/laravel/installer/laravel所以我手工给了执行权限chmod+x~/.composer/vendor/laravel/installer/laravel然后做了一个软链到/usr/bin/laravel，暂时算解决了，感觉是官方的一个laravel工具的一个bug或者说文档还没有来得及更新？laravel新手，还在试用阶段
