系统为Microsoft Windows Server 2003  已经打完全部补丁(最新的)
之前安装有Microsoft Visual Studio 2005

你原来是不是装过其它的版本啊，好像没有卸载干净，把注册表里所有相关的东西给删了，再试一试。
