pyspider all失败，提示平台不支持timeout

之前用还好好的，现在又不行了，不知道是什么原因，百度了也没查到个所以然。请大佬帮忙了，谢谢

一直是这样，我估计是windows不支持timeout，反正我没理他，不用就行
