antdesign默认后台模板中，日历组件显示错乱

在mainlayout中引入日历组件之后，显示错乱。
按道理说，antdesign自己的后台模板，应该不会和它自己的组件发生冲突的。有哪位高手知道这个怎么回事么？是不是我做的不对？
