iframe拼接跳转页面不成功

通过iframe公用一个头部，但是在跳转页面是不能挑转是为什么？

现在除了后端偶尔用一下分帧，基本是不用了，还有共用一个头部的话，最好写根路劲，不然引用是路径可能会出错
