为啥我配置的nginx负载均衡不起作用呢

配置文件是这样的，而且8082和8081都是能访问的，但是我访问http://www.tuesdayma.com/的时...。。。这是为什么啊？？默认的不是轮询吗，理论上应该是8082分配一次8081分配一次啊。。。
