bower报错 retry Request to https... failed with ECONNRESET

Question

bower报错 retry Request to https://bower.herokuapp.com/p... failed with ECONNRESET
我在网上查询了一下，说可能使用了网络代理，但是我的电脑没有使用网络代理。
我之前再gitlab上配置了SSH，配置之后就不能使用bower了，后来我把gitlab上配置了SSH移除了，但是还是报同样的错，求解！！！
