Pycharm Django python manage.py migrate 同步数据库一直不显示输入账号密码什么之类的 这是怎么回事

python manage.py migrate 
只显示一串的创建成功但是
就是下边这个一直不显示
（我见别人博客教程里面的都有的，为什么我的没有？是哪里配置出错吗？）
（如果没有的话，默认用户名密码是多少？）
