yum 中[Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 9 求解决

Question

ftp方式yum源客户端使用yum安装软件时出现这样的问题：ftp://192.168.254.129/pub/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 9 - "Server denied you to change to the given directory"。

服务器端和客户端能互相通信。vsftpd也开启的 。防火墙都是关闭的。求会的人帮忙解决下。
