有关python格式化输出的问题

请问大神，这个代码中间加黑打下划线的部分，里面为什么要有  “*100”呢？运行结果已经显示在问题最后，谢谢您!

为了把 小数变成百分比（%） ， 所以就乘以100了， 如果没有乘， 则  3.82% 就是 0.382 了。。。。。
