入门，字符串冒号的问题

Question

"The string 'yellow' comes after the string '" + value + "'."

不懂其中画线部分引号的意思，最后弹出来是The string 'yellow' comes after the string 'blue'.

不是引号之间输入字符吗？为什么会多出来？？
