Myeclipse有配置maven 不过不是最新的，，但是也足够用了

下载,安装maven
windows-preferences-maven-installations-Add-Directory,选择maven安装目录-finish
windows-preferences-maven-User Settings-User Settings框下的Browse...选择你的Settings.xml
