你代码写错了。
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/> 删除这句，就不会显示乱码

window.open("http://www.imooc.com/" "_blank" "width=400 height=500 menubar=no toolbar=no");
把这句里的空格全部改成逗号
