eclipse相同代码一个报错一个不报错怎么回事？

JDK:jdk1.8.0_192

Eclipse：Eclipse JAVA Photon

这份代码不会报错：

但是这份代码报错：

明明代码是一样的吧？
但报错代码加上个：j=i+1;就不报错了：

我贴下报错的代码：

                if(nums[j] == target - nums[i]){

这是不报错的代码：

是什么原因呢？你们用这代码会报错吗？

用的IDEA 并没有报错 eclipse也已经提示要重新定义j了
