android 里面如何销毁一个Service?

android 里面如何销毁一个Service? 在网上找了很多答案System.exit(0);ActivityManager之类的都没用！

在Activity中关闭Service是有方法的 stopService（Intent intent）;要调用这个方法 不是Context.stopService();来执行this.stopService(Intent) 就可以了

在Service里面根本就不能调用selfStop()方法，或者说这个方法已经过时了！
