输出当中有明确的错误提示： INSTALL_FAILED_UPDATE_INCOMPATIBLE: Package cn.evun.qns signatures do not match the previously installed version; ignoring! 意思是你手机上有个包名相同但签名不同的app阻止了这个app的安装，你需要在手机上找到那个app，卸载掉重新来过，如果实在找不到，也可以把包名改下，重来过。
