win10下nginx开启时闪退，退出时报错

在命令行start nginx开启服务器时闪退，经查询知可能时端口占用，但nginx -s stop关闭时报nginx: [error] CreateFile() "nginx安装目录下/logs/nginx.pid" failed (2: The system cannot find the file specified)错误，感谢大佬们指点。

不是放在c盘下了吧，或者放在了没有权限的目录。win10的目录权限很讨厌。
