eclipse创建maven项目后run报错

Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-install-plugin:2.4 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-install-plugin:jar:2.4: Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-install-plugin:pom:2.4 from/to central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): Received fatal alert: protocol_version -> [Help 1]

在pom.xml文件里面加入<dependency>    <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>    <artifactId>maven-resources-plugin</artifactId>    <version>2.4.3</version></dependency>然后再run as-maven install
