Android Studio安装插件时弹窗问题/Android Studio installed plug-in window problem

当我在Android Studio安装插件时，点了窗口中的这个后台任务，现在每次安装新插件时都不再显示这个Downloading Plugins弹窗了，请问一下有人遇到过这个问题吗？是如何解决的呢？

When I installed the plug-in in Android Studio, I clicked on the background task in the window. Now I don't see the Downloading Plugins popup every time I install a new plug-in. Does anyone have encountered this problem? How is it solved?
