你问的是Apache吧，我就按照Apache的来了。。。，如果是windows系统的话，你直接打开我的电脑-管理-服务，找到Apache服务，看看是否启动了。如果启动失败，就检测端口是否给占用，就是配置文件里面listen的端口，要是不行就换一个listen。
