命令行程序中检测git --version 出现问题

Windows系统；

git安装后桌面右键有出现 GIT GUI here 和GUI Bash here，

但是为什么命令行程序中检测git --version的时候出现的是如下

'git' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

请问怎么解决
