检查maven配置的镜像地址，可以换个地址，
还可以看你pom文件中的依赖，你把它从plugins标签里面拉出来看看，直接dependcy试试
同上，镜像（setting.xml文件里配置）有可能出错，检查无误的话，看看pom文件，直接dependcy可以去maven中央仓库（https://mvnrepository.com/）
