更改完之后进入浏览器显示不出来

都改完之后进入浏览器localhost/test.php之后 就显示不出来 怎么办？？？？？？ Not Found The requested URL /test.php was not found on this server. Apache/2.4.23 (Win64) PHP/5.6.25 Server at 127.0.0.1 Port 80

    加端口号 不是改了嘛  localhost:8080/test.php
