Unable to load template file 'test.html'

本课程学完了，下载老师提供的源代码，放到Apache根目录运行。出现如下错误：

Fatal error:  Uncaught  --> Smarty: Unable to load template file 'test.html' <--  thrown in D:\ProgramFiles\PHP\AppServ\www\mvc\framework\libs\view\Smarty\sysplugins\smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 127
