严重: Error configuring application listener of class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener

我把项目部署到tomcat上,就出现了这个错误。我下载了好几个别人都能运行的spring项目，在我的电脑上都出现这个问题，是我配置问题吗，求大神解决.
