版本更新在后台需要慢慢进行，所以IntentService很适合进行版本的更新操作，需要的技术：广播 服务
1.写一个服务类 用于检查是否有版本的更新，如果有新版本的话发个广播 该广播用于进行弹出对话框让用户进行选择下载或者是忽略
