解决保存图片到系统相册出现两张图片的问题

原始保存到系统相册工具方法：

点击保存时，会在相册中只会生成一张背景色为黑色的图片，且文件名为 1513145094307.PNG.JPG ，当我拔掉数据线（与Android studio断开）再次插入后，什么都没操作直接查看手机相册立马就会有一张正常的 1513145094307.PNG 图片（不知道原因）

解决办法：在把文件插入到系统图库操作中try catch 代码换成以下代码

    ContentValues values = new ContentValues();
            values.put(MediaStore.Images.Media.DATA, file.getAbsolutePath());
            values.put(MediaStore.Images.Media.MIME_TYPE, "image/jpeg");
            Uri uri = context.getContentResolver().insert(MediaStore.Images.Media.EXTERNAL_CONTENT_URI, values);

最后展示修改后的工具方法
