不知道什么原因vscode 会莫名其妙的卡死，设置search.followSymlinks，git.autorefresh，git.enabled为false 后好多了。后面要用再开启。
1、安装python插件

vscode 新建项目，每个项目可能对应的是不同的python 虚拟环境。
vscode 项目对应的虚拟环境设置
1、ctrl+shift+p
2、输入：Python:Select Interpreter
3、指向到虚拟环境中的python.exe 文件。会多出来一个.vscode文件夹，文件夹内有一个settings.json 的文件，文件内容是虚拟环境.exe 的路径。
报 Activate.ps1
win，输入：windows powershell 以管理员身份运行
执行：Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned 输入：Y 回车。
