Python Day 15

  1. Love Earth Day ❤

the Earth day is coming! many years ago, i vaguely remember krupa, tim and i were spending the earth day together.
I forgot who said the best way to celebrate earth day is to throw Krupa in the trash can.
haha…

this year, I decided to celebrate the Earth day by throwing a lot of love to myself, my surroundings and the world using Python!

import math
c='♥'
width = 40

print ((c*2).center(width//2)*2)

for i in range(1,width//10+1):
    print (((c*int(math.sin(math.radians(i*width//2))*width//4)).rjust(width//4)+
           (c*int(math.sin(math.radians(i*width//2))*width//4)).ljust(width//4))*2)

for i in range(width//4,0,-1):
    print ((c*i*4).center(width))
print ((c*2).center(width))

2,  Number System

Elena used to like a joke, there are 10 kinds of Mathematicians, ones can count, ones couldn’t.😂
i thought this joke was making fun of the mathematicians who cannot count.
but, the punchline was 10 is 2 in the binary system.

So today we will try to write the number in different systems in Python.

Challenge: Given an integer, n, print the numbers in Decimal, Octal, Hexadecimal, Binary

Octal : number system based on 8 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,10,11,…)

Hexadecimal: Number system based on 16 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F, 10,11,…)

Solution:

def print_formatted(number):
    # your code goes here
    n=number
    n1=bin(number)
    n2=oct(number)
    n3=hex(number)
    print(n,n1,n2,n3)

Output:

print_formatted(4)
4 0b100 0o4 0x4
