1. 输入命令类型错误，抛出命令错误异常，并提示重新输入
2. 输入命令不存在，抛出命令错误异常，并提示重新输入
3. 输入书名不存在，抛出异常，并提示重新输入
4. 输入序号类型错误，抛出序号不正确异常，并提示重新输入
5. 输入序号越界，抛出序号越界异常，并提示重新输入
